About one out every ten instruments that I build is a bass guitar. As a long time bass player, in bar bands, the studio, and just rocking out at home, these are near and dear to me!
Below is a sample of the different types of bass guitar that I build. Each instrument is unique: some are refinements of the classic P-bass and J- bass, while others are completely original designs. Some are set neck, some are bolt-on necks. There are are 30", 32", and 34" scale lengths. A variety of pickup configurations are used.
